April is Child Abuse Prevention Month! You can help us prevent child abuse in your community by using your voice to raise awareness for child abuse prevention.
1 in 10 youth will experience sexual abuse before the age of 18, and 1 in 7 will experience child abuse or neglect. These numbers are staggering, but there are so many ways you can use your voice to prevent abuse in your community!

In honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month, join us for a Dawson Place block party with our commuity partners to celebrate the power of your voice. Grab your capes for an afternoon of family fun!

Meet the Dawson Place Outreach Team at Safeway
All month long you can find the Outreach Team at local Safeway Stores sharing information about Dawson Place and child abuse prevention!
Each weekend you will find them at a new store, be sure to stay up to date with us on social media to find out more.
