About the Run
Community members can create fun teams like the Women Against Child Abuse, Everett PD Racers, The Night Nurses, etc. To register click the link below, include your name, address, gender, team name, and shirt size! Please remember that everyone in the team must enter the same team name. Kids under 12 enter free!

Many people in our building have found running or walking a great way to do some self-care. Not only is being outdoors good for our incredible staff, but also for trauma survivors and the community as a whole.
The theme is BlueOut because it is the color for child abuse prevention! Wear long blue socks or a blue onesie! Let your imagination inspire you and allow you to take off! We will have awards for the best dressed team!
Of course! We will have kids run on our Hoyt block! Registration is free for all kids under 12!
No worries! You can still win for being the speediest or the slowest! You can also still win best dressed so do not let this hold you back!
Yes, as long as they are 1)Leashed; 2) Well Behaved. If your dog does something to disturb others you and your dog will be disqualified and asked to leave. Please read this rule to your dog.
Yes, you can run with a stroller, but we ask that you start the race at the back to avoid anyone tripping or falling.
Yes! If you use a wheelchair we ask that you start at the front of the group.

When? Friday, September 23rd between 12pm to 5pm or Saturday, September 24th between 9:30am and 10:30am
Pick up packet (if you have not already done so) between 9:30am and 10:30am Saturday, September 24th. PREP for your race!
Included is your race bib and your T-shirt (if you registered in time)!
When picking up the packet please sign the waiver. We will have you sign and then we will hand you the packet.

Yes, but feel free to bring snacks or lunch!
There is no bag drop at the BlueOut Fun Run 5k.
Yes, all participants of the 5k will be timed. We will write down the times as you come in with your running bib. Please wear bib in the FRONT of your shirt while on the course.
The top five overall male, female, and non-binary finishers will be given a medal. There will be other awards such as best dressed team and more.
You can bring money to purchase food from a food truck or if you are interested in donating to Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center.
Yes! There will be portable bathrooms at the start and finish of the race!
